FAQ

How long will I have access to course material?

Course material is available from the date of purchase until the end of the academic year, June 30th. If your residency program sponsors your membership, you will have continuous access to course material throughout your residency, provided your program renews its subscription annually.

Will you add any additional modules to course?

It is possible that we can modify the course to add new information if necessary. We are constantly striving to bring the best product and at times that may mean adding to our courses.

Are there tests or quizzes?

There are tests and quizzes. The quizzes are there to help gauge your knowledge and to help retain the information you learned in the videos.

Are the courses available for radiology programs?

Yes. We are actively doing BETA testing to make courses available for radiology residency programs.

Do you release courses early?

Yes. We occasionally release courses before they are complete to give early access, and will release the remainder of the course content as it is completed.

Are course materials available for download?

Access to all course content is available to registered users on demand. Registered users may download transcripts of video narrations for personal use but may NOT share these materials, as stated in our Terms and Conditions. Videos and other proprietary content are not available for download.

What happens if I need technical support?
If there are any technical questions about our platform, please submit a ticket here: Submit Ticket. You can check the status of your tickers here: Customer Support Portal. We typically respond within 24 hours during business hours.
What happens once I purchase a course?

Once you purchase the course you will receive a welcome e-mail that verifies your purchase. You will also receive an e-mail that verifies your account information. You will then have the ability to access the course you bought and begin the course.

Are you planning on developing additional courses?

Yes! We continue to invest resources into developing medical imaging content and related topics. Please send your suggestions to info@sybildigitallearning.com.

Are the videos available for download?

No. The videos are intellecutal property of Sybil Digital Learning, LLC. We have not made the videos available for download, but they are available on the site for those who are enrolled in the course.

Is there anyone available to help me if needed?

Yes! You can “Schedule an Appointment” to meet with your course instructor directly from the left menu bar on the website or you can contact them with questions via email. If you need technical assistance, select “Support Portal” on the left menu bar and submit a support ticket. A member of our team will investigate your concern and provide a response within 24 hours.

Are there any specific system requirements?

No! You just need to have access to the internet. The videos are hosted on a popular hosting platform. As long as your computer plays videos you should be in good shape.

Can I play the videos at different speeds?

Yes. Video playback speed can be adjusted from 0.25 times normal speed up to 2.0 times normal speed by hovering your mouse over the bottom edge of the video and selecting the tool icon.
